Upon service start, the first phase will consist of the on-boarding process.  We do much more than install hardware, software, and tools.  As part of the on-boarding, we will align your network environment for best practices and fix issues that we come across.  We thoroughly document all aspects of your technology infrastructure to streamline support moving forward.

Should your network need upgrades or major reconfiguration, we won’t catch you off-guard after an agreement is in place.  An assessment will take place prior to an agreement, which will be reviewed with you to ensure proper expectations are set from the start!
